We ship only to destinations currently available at checkout. Mainland China purchases are handled through our WeChat store, not Shopify checkout. All Shopify orders are charged in US dollars (USD).Shipping chargesStandard shipping is free for available destinations in Southeast Asia and Northeast Asia, including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.For other available destinations, standard shipping is US$50 per order when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is below US$1,000, and free when that subtotal is US$1,000 or more. The applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout. No express option is offered.Dispatch and estimated deliveryOrders are dispatched within 5 days after payment from Room 822, Floor 8, Building 2, Tian'an Nanyou Industrial Zone, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.Estimated delivery after dispatch is within 25 days for available Southeast Asian and Northeast Asian destinations, including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and within 45 days for other available destinations. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery deadlines. Customs clearance and local delivery conditions may affect arrival times.Import duties and taxesFor Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia, import duties and taxes are paid by the store.For other available destinations, the recipient is responsible for applicable import duties and taxes, except where the law requires the store to collect or pay them. Any taxes the store is legally required to collect will be disclosed at checkout. This policy does not exclude or transfer any non-excludable legal obligation of the store.
